Terms of Use

These terms apply to this website. They do not license the Export Control Proxy software and they do not set out what a customer gets: that is in the agreement a customer signs with Lumia Labs BV, and where the two differ, the agreement wins.

What this site is

Pages here describe a product. They explain what Export Control Proxy does, which systems it protects, and roughly what it costs to run. The product changes, and pages are updated when it does, so what you read here describes the software as of the date at the top of the page and not as of any other time.

Nothing on this site is an offer. Prices shown as “Custom” are exactly that: the price for a deployment is agreed in writing. A quote, a scoping conversation, or a rollout plan becomes binding when it is in a signed agreement, and not before.

Using the site

Do not try to break the site, use it to attack anyone else, or misrepresent yourself when you write to us. If you send us something by email, send something you are entitled to send: keep other people’s confidential information out of it.

The words on these pages were written for this site and belong to Lumia Labs BV. You may quote a page if you attribute it. Republishing it under your own name is not permitted.

Some pages link to documentation and to sites we do not run, and the customer support portal is a separate service with its own terms. We do not control what those sites say or do.
